Stumbling this week I’ve found “Travelhacker“, a kind of blog that offers some interesting travel tips like its latest post “10 Useful Secrets the Major Airlines Don’t Want You to Know” where you can see an interesting list of useful things if you are planning to travel by plane.
One of the most interesting things I red in this post was the Rule 24 that “specified that if an airline couldn’t get you to your destination on time, it was required to put you on a competitor’s flight if it would get you there faster than your original airline’s next flight. Airlines were even required to put you in first class if that’s all that was available” [Aviation.com, 14 August 2007].
This is a very interesting and useful tip when traveling could get an awful experience due to flight delays or airline’s problems.
